Can I sign up today?
Owner onboarding is coming with our Kerala pilot. Plans and workspace examples are a preview; subscriptions and live bookings are not open yet.
What does the turf allowance cover?
Your plan covers the total number of turfs across all locations in your organisation: 1 on Starter, 3 on Venue, or 10 on Business. Draft and paused turfs also count toward the allowance.
How does the 13-month annual plan work?
One annual payment gives you 13 calendar months of access. Every annual renewal also gives you 13 calendar months. Monthly payments give one calendar month. There is no automatic debit or trial.
Are there fees on player bookings?
Marketplace-attributed whole-turf bookings carry a 2% platform fee paid by the customer. Genuinely owner-generated direct link, QR, and manual bookings have zero platform commission. A direct link does not remove marketplace attribution from a recent qualifying discovery. Online payment gateway charges are separate and will be disclosed before payment.
Can my regulars pay at the turf?
You can enable Pay at Turf for eligible direct customers, with auto-confirmation or your approval. Marketplace and marketplace-attributed bookings require online payment. These options will be available as part of the live booking experience.
Can I change plans later?
Plan changes take effect at your next renewal. Your turf count must fit the new allowance. Existing confirmed bookings remain valid if a subscription expires, with access retained to fulfil them.
